WEBER, Carl Ludwig Adelbert 1853-1923
Carl Ludwig Adelbert Weber was active in the Illawarra area from 1870 to 1910 surveying, forming, and repairing local roads, creating land subdivisions and planning railway routes. Some of his surveying equipment is in the collection of the Illawarra Museum including a surveyor chain, level, theodolite, staff, and a circumferentor..The University of Wollongong Archives collection and the Wollongong City Library collection include documentary and photographic material relating to Weber's life.
