CONSTITUTIONS

The Illawarra Historical Society was founded in December 1944. Over the years, it has had various constitutions which were amended to meet changing circumstances. The Society incorporated as a non-for-profit organisation in 1990. Changes to the law governing charitable organisations necessitated change in 2024.
